User Reviews
User-submitted reviews are collected separately from our editorial scores. Every submission is moderated before publication. We never alter review text, but we may reject submissions that appear fraudulent, off-topic, or violate our guidelines.
Updates & Recency
AI receptionist products change frequently. We re-test products at least every 90 days and update scores when material changes occur. Each product page shows its last review date.
